A quick downstream paddle on the Silver River before heading out to the Florida panhandle for our next 5-day paddle on the CT (Circumnavigational Trail).
We put in up at the top at Silver Springs State Park after dropping a car at Ray Wayside County Park. I left my GPS in the car so no map for this paddle, but it was 5.3 miles and took almost exactly 3 hours, including a 20-30 minute snack break at the old state park ramp. Lots of late babies in the nests and on the water.
