A nice little float trip for PT on the Rainbow River today. I did manage about 1/2 mile upstream against the current – my first attempt paddling upstream since surgery on July 21. My shoulder extension is better but my hand is still swollen. Still, a little bit better every week. 
I got to try out my new orange SOT and it will be great for floats and swimming. I think I’ll paint on some tiger stripes and name her “Tigger”. There were not very many folks out on the river with us. Rather surprising for a nice Sunday morning.
